SEALED TENDERS:
Sealed Tenders are invited on behalf of Dean,Maulana Azad Medical College from experienced person/contrators for running of Canteen services in Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya for a period of one year for staff members of hospital, families living in the residential area of the hospital and Public visiting hospital for health care needs.
1) Issue of tenders:- Tender documents will be available for sale from 23.08.07 to 12.09.07 between 10.00 hrs to 13.00 hrs on all working days at Care taking branch, Administrative Block, Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya, Geeta Colony, Delhi.It can be down loaded from website www.cnbc.delhigovt.nic.in. In case the tender form is downloaded, a demand draft of Rs 500/- in favor of Dean,MAMC,new Delhi is to be enclosed along with technical bid.
2) Closing date:- The sealed tenders, complete in all respects, singed with stamp of the firm on each page, should be dropped in priscribed tender box placed in the,Care taking branch,Administrative Block,Chaha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya ,Geeta Colony.Last date of submission of tender is 13-09-07 upto 1.00 P.m. Delayed & late tender i.e the tenders received after the due date & time will not be accepted.
3) Pre- bid metting will be held on 31-08-07 at 11.00A.M in the office of Medical superintendent. Any clarifications sought should be submitted to the Purchase Officer preferably three days prior to date of meeting.
