Description:

Sealed quotation are invited for the procurement of Orthopedics items.

As demanded by the concerned user department , this Hospital intends to procure Orthopedics items as per attached Annexure.

Those vendors who are ready to supply the items as per annexure are requested to submit their quotation in two sealed envelopes as under: -


 

1) 1st envelope-PQ + Technical bid (containing details /catalogue of the quoted items/ demonstration of the quoted items (if requested by user dept) + GST regd certificate)


 

2) 2nd Envelope :- Price bid (Basic rate + applicable GST)


 

Both the bids to be sealed in separate envelope mentioning (PQ + Technical bid ) and price bid on the envelopes then both sealed envelopes to be kept in a large sealed envelope super scribing Sealed Quotation for orthopedics items and it should reach within five days i.e upto 18-10-2026 at 1.00 PM in this hospital .
